These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dbaee platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and dbaee ("Platform", "we", "us", "our").   • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you possess such legal capacity.

dbaee reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account with dbaee. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through associated third parties — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following rules apply to all dbaee accounts:

  • Your dbaee username and password are personal and confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
  • You must notify dbaee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
  • Account balances, bonuses and winnings belong to the registered account holder only. They may not be transferred between accounts or to third parties.
  • dbaee may suspend, restrict or close any account that is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative dormancy policy. dbaee will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy-related account restrictions.

dbaee takes account security seriously. All login sessions are protected by SSL encryption. Players are strongly advised to use a unique, strong password for their dbaee account and to avoid accessing their account from shared or public devices. If you use a public internet connection — for example from an internet cafe in Dhaka or Chittagong — always log out fully after your session and clear your browser cache and saved passwords before leaving the device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

dbaee accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the dbaee platform:

  • Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment provider availability. dbaee does not facilitate withdrawals to unverified third-party accounts.
  • dbaee reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Players are required to cooperate with KYC procedures and provide accurate supporting documentation.
  • dbaee does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash or Nagad. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of dbaee.
  • Deposits made in error or without intent to use for betting purposes must be reported to dbaee support immediately. Returning such deposits may be subject to payment provider processing timelines.
Currency Note: All dbaee account balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagering activity are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dbaee does not facilitate betting or transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required at the payment provider level is the sole responsibility of the player and subject to the provider's own exchange rates and terms.

Bonuses and Promotions

dbaee offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions linked to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Eid. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the dbaee platform unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
  • Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through alternate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
  • dbaee reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
  • Bonuses may not be used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the applicable promotion terms. Using multiple bonuses simultaneously without explicit permission constitutes a violation of these Terms.
  • Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active may result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.

Players are responsible for reviewing the specific terms attached to each bonus or promotion before claiming it. Ignorance of specific promotion terms will not be accepted as grounds for dispute resolution.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dbaee platform are subject to the following general betting rules. dbaee covers cricket, football, kabaddi and a range of other sports, as well as live casino games and RNG-based slot titles. The following rules apply across all betting categories:

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, altered or reversed by the player. dbaee reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault on the platform.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game, market and event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and are subject to change at dbaee's discretion.
  • In the event of a sport event being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply. dbaee's settlement decisions on voided or adjusted bets are final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbaee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

  • Using the dbaee platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal purpose.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
  • Opening or operating more than one dbaee account, or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
  • Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or identity verification, including misrepresenting your age.
  • Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or miscalculations in game outcomes. Any winnings derived from exploitation of known or suspected software errors are not valid and will be voided.
Enforcement: dbaee actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, dbaee may freeze the relevant account, withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and take such further action as is appropriate under these Terms and applicable law. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of withheld funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, dbaee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dbaee platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill. dbaee's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbaee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications interruptions and other technical factors beyond dbaee's direct control may affect platform availability from time to time. dbaee shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a direct result of platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside dbaee's reasonable control.

Amendments and Governing Law

dbaee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dbaee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform interface or registered contact details. Your continued use of the dbaee platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in the Responsible Gaming section above.

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and fair player conduct standards. dbaee operates on a fair-play commitment basis and aims to resolve all player disputes through its internal support process before any other escalation pathway is considered.
